Services Description
AceNest El Centro Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by AceNest El Centro Landscaping are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided to us at the time of estimation.
Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed or if you request additional services or changes to the original scope of work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to pursue collection and you will be responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Property Access and Safety
You are responsible for providing clear access to work areas and ensuring that all gates, locks, or other barriers are open or accessible on the scheduled service date. You must inform us of any hazards on your property, including underground utilities, septic systems, or irrigation lines.
We will take reasonable care to protect your property during service, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, pre-existing damage, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
Liability and Insurance
AceNest El Centro Landscaping maintains general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You are responsible for any damage caused by pets or other hazards on your property that were not disclosed to us prior to beginning work.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.
Plant material warranty is limited to 30 days from installation and only covers defects in the plant material itself, not damage from improper watering, weather conditions, pests, or other factors beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
